Yes you are right. There is a rear garage that runs behind the existing 2 stall garage for kid stuff, trailer, snowblower, etc. much too small for a car. My classic mini fit but even that was tight. I just have a small 220v heater in the new garage. It is doing really well for as cold as it is.

Sheetrock, overhead door, opener, siding, and shingles installed. Getting close. To do: 1. Sheetrock finished, prime, paint. 2. Finish electric - lights, devices 3. Finish outside siding/ downspouts 4. Window and door trim 5. Hang cabinets 6. Floor.

No. I am keeping it separate. The new section will have things I don't want my kids around. Daily drivers and tools will stay in the old section.

My contractor showed up today and worked really fast. Looks like something now. Tomorrow the meter base will be moved, roof shingles, doors, and ???? I would love to have it done before Christmas so I can start working on the inside when I have a few days off work.
