    "bomb shelter" for my mail

I would not think that would be an issue. The guy that hit mine apologized and paid for my air and gas to heat and straighten the pole. As said prior the telephone poles are a greater hazzard .

    "bomb shelter" for my mail

WILLYSRULE - Nice job on the box! I built one like it over 20 years ago after replacing several. I put it on a steel support column and set it in concrete. It has held up really well. The only problem was my neighbor was coming out of his driveway, got distracted and totaled his car! Good...

    Racedeck flooring Question

SHARK - Thanks for the reply. Couple of other questions. Did you leave the drain cover in place? Can you notice any distortion in the tile in the slope going toward the drain. Have you been happy with the floor? Many Thanks! Whipolds

    Racedeck flooring Question

Has anyone installed the racedeck flooring with a drain in the floor? My garage floor has a slight slope to the drain. Would you just lay the floor over the drain or place the drain cap inside the tile? Hope that makes sense.

I took the swing apart and backed my dump truck under the porch part. Using a winch I pulled it into the truck removing the base as...

Maybe Sears isn't beyond redemption after all...

I had a box in my shop for years - every time I had a bad craftsman screwdriver I would throw it in the box. One snowy day this winter I took it to Sears and matched up all the tools for exchange. No fuss or problem. They gave me a sales receipt for over $400.00 . No complaints here!

    support needed?

I used furing strips on 2 ft centers then used 4x8 sheets of the 1 inch insulation board. Very light and insulated the building very well. Unless appearance is very important. I did this in an old shed with 2x6 oak ceiling joists. You have to use the nails with the plastic washers. The building...
