If it's a hollow core door you could also fill with expanding foam insulation. I've used it before and works well. It will also make the door more rigid.
The downside for some is that you have to drill holes in the inside of the door to fill.

Good to know. I'll be in the market to tile my garage in the next few months. I had seen these tiles online and wondered if they were worth bothering with. Looks like I'll get mine from Costco. With thier return policy you really can't go wrong.
