I used to have a porter cable with the same specs as this:

I will just say, the Porter Cable provided more air...
I see no reason to use an impact socket with a torque wrench, but when using a torque wrench, I usually use the socket that is handy, which might be an impact socket.
Answered the poll, yes I have one, but I don't use it. It is loud and takes forever to fill up. I would rather fill an air bubble from big compressor or bring work to garage.
