Bell Systems "drilling hammer" from what I've read on this site. I would like to replace the handle and use it as I don't have a style this size yet. I'm fairly sure the handle is original due to it unmistakable small size.

Fairly certain the handle is original due to the length, chipping and attempted fix with a nail through the eye
