Its the same as the pre made chimney pipe. However I cut out that plate of steel to put on the wall where the chimney runs through the wall. Also the OSB wall is cut out behind that plate of steel so the wall isn't close to the pipe and getting too hot. Then just out through my steel siding and...

Well here is my complete set up. Cement board set out away from the wall 1 1/2"s and off the floor 1 1/2"s. Steel plate on wall for chimney and OSB cut out behind it. Working like a champ.
