The discount in the cart has been there for a few weeks but when the racks go on sale only the 77" will have both discounts applied (51% off in total). Seems like the sale of the racks isn't going on right now but I would keep checking. The last 2 sales were 12 days apart.

It was barely damaged on the corner but the way the side rails are packed it had to have been dropped from a couple feet on the corner. Either way the replacement will be here sooner than getting a replacement from the store.

I bought the 3 piece ratchet set and it came in yesterday (21Sep2017). These feel very sturdy and have weight behind them. I used the 3/8 and it worked out well. Made in Taiwan.

I here in the lower part of CO that Blackhills energy offers discounts on insulation, depending on application. I'm unaware who your electrical provider is, but look into seeing if they offer any kind of rebate.
