Starting over... again. 30x40 shop build project = "Sutton Shop"

The insta panels worked perfectly. I did use steel mesh though to attach it. Cost wise, it was MUCH cheaper than blue hardboard. Effort wise, the panels that you can push the pex into is really slick. Efficiency.. i think it would be a toss up. The big thing that I liked about insta panel...

Update? Sorry... I didn't realize anybody followed my project. It was so slow! Well, there's not much to tell :lol_hitti I finished the shop, and rebuilt the house from the outside in. Tore it down to the studs, put on the addition, and finished it all! (With the exception of the 14x25...

Deep well pump in a dug well = Suggestions and advice?

No videos found yet.. Even looking at the adapters, not sure if I can make this work? Looks like the adapter is designed to be attached to the well casing. That's not an option for me because a) it's a concrete tile, at least 3" thick and b) it's already back filled.. so I have 2' of poly...

Deep well pump in a dug well = Suggestions and advice?

Really? To be honest, it never occurred to me to just hang the pump against the casing off a pitless adapter! That would be genius really! Is there any argument this would be a bad idea? (I will search for videos). Maybe I can extend the pipe the adapter is attached to (going to house) so...

Deep well pump in a dug well = Suggestions and advice?

Considering, contemplating... The property has a 60' deep, 3' wide dug well with over 40' of water in it. Currently, water pressure is done through a jet pump in the house. The pump is nearing the end of it's life, getting noisy. There are no filters in the system. Water is very clean...

LG was right... I demolished the storage shed and everything went into the garage. It's all been in my way ever since! However, it's not the only thing slowing progress - Since my last post, the house addition is now standing, windows/roof/insul/drywall in (not taped or mudded yet). Also...

Moving in :) 7.5" of concrete, nearly flat bottom.. should be good and strong for a 2 post hoist. Now, the slow agonizing and extremely gratifying finishing part. Insulate, drywall, paint and build in the storage/benches.

What do you see when you look out from your garage?

I can see clear through mine  Overlooking the Black River. And a pile of work yet to do :lol_hitti

The total distance from house to shop is <65'. The shop is going to be R50 in ceiling, R24 in the walls and I have R11 panels going under the floor and on the foundation walls. I'm not yet decided on whether to use straight water or antifreeze... I like the efficiency of the water much better...
