let me start by saying, i will get pics! that said, here's the plan: epoxy floor. the problem: a few cracks, some heavy duty looking oil stains. the fix (i hope): grind out cracks and fill with self leveling concrete, muric acid the hell out of it, power wash the bajeezes out of it. anyways...

i will finally post on this, since it is my garage we are talking about. i would love a metal spiral stair case, or i might just bolt a ladder to the one wall. the issue right now is that there is a ladder that swings down, but it is right in the way of where a garage door opener would go, so...

well i just got my first home with an awesome garage. now to decide- paint it, or dry wall it. it's a cinder block building, and i'll be in there a good amount of time. but the ceiling will be a pain to do with all the stuff hanging from it and i'd save some $. i dunno. gimme your opinions...
