Armorpoxy said they had never seen this issue I had before and the only solution they saw was to recoat the floor with the entire system. After emailing Armorpoxy back and forth they were very quick to send me 2 brand new Low Temp Master Kits but this time with their 2 part topcoat...
Final coat was done within recommended time frame and temperature window.
Instructions stated lightly sanding is needed if the floor was previously coated and the coating is more than one week old. Neither of those apply to me.
The garage is new and sealed off with no sources of contamination...

Outside temperature hasnt been above 45f for the last week. Inside of the garage its temperature controlled at 72f and fully insulated. Relative humidity has been between 40% and 65% the past few days. Today it was hovering around 55% when the SPGX was applied.

The instructions really arent clear and pretty much say to topcoat when Armorclad is fully dry enough to walk on preferably overnight and if you are using SPGX to top coat when floor is hard enough to walk on and if the previous coat is over a week old to lightly scuff the surface.
