Welp I decided to leave the toolbox bare for now, but I have a Durham bin unit with 60 bins, so I picked up a Dymo embossing labelmaker for that. The embossed labels really fit the industrial look of the cabinet, and these drawers will be infrequently used ideally.

I mean if you've gone 6 years without needing it then I would imagine youre fine without it. We're just hoping it helps prevent staining before we can pick up spills

We decided on PS100 due to budget constraints and DIY ability. Still need to put it down. Mopped over the weekend, letting it dry out now

I was planning to cut them out of vinyl with a cricut machine and apply them to a magnetic sheet. These use scissor to cut them out. I have also considered doing this, plus with a google sheet so that it is searchable and can have multiple lookup names for the same thing

I think I'm going to start off labeling my Durham cabinet but just labeling the rows and columns, so not putting labels on each bin. Rows A-H with columns 1-6 with and embossing Dymo label maker to fit with the vibe I'm going for

What says the hive mind when it comes to toolbox and storage labelling? On one hand, labels could be useful for when the wife helps out, or hopefully in the future when kids help out. On the other, no labels looks so clean. I've got a silhouette machine, so I can cut my own. I just haven't...
