Speedrider you bring up very good points .....I don't feel the need to wory about flooding myself but the moisture issue I wish I had the answer to that one. I have been emailing a co. that sells both tiles ( hard/soft) and trying to get them to tell which is best but I keep asking more...

I would only use the clear finishes they put ontop of epoxy flooring or the best would be a anti-graffiti sealant so nothing can stain or mark your concrete. anti-slip product would be smart also dont buy any sealant from home depot/lowes.

Well RACE DECK comes with a 15 year warranty what does Costco's come with? If it is 15 year it might be the same thing.Color choices are a biggy though to me .
