Raised Surface Tile and Creepers

Could anyone who has floor tiles that have a raised surface (coin, diamonds, crosses, etc.) please comment on the effect of the uneven surface on moving around on a creeper? Moving floor jacks? Also, what tile do you have and are you happy with it?
I'm thinking about using one of the more flexible tiles (like Dynotile, Tuff Seal, or the floorsurfaces.com Resilia), and am concerned about the raised surfaces interfering with rapid transit under my car. Anyone?
Many thanks,
Jerry

time and time again i have talked to people about that and they seem to hate it.
creepers hang up
jackstands destroy the tiles.
if you have a working garage its best to epoxy coat the floor and touch up when needed.
most of the garages that have tiles are used mostly for parking the car.

Some tiles are flat and can withstand jacks or you put something down to protect the floor but you wouldnt have to with this product plus you never have to worry about it lifting peeling etc.
I am looking at using this in my garage and I have asked every question I can think of to them and this is my choice.
tell them J.B. sent you.

I love my tiles and my garage IS a working garage.

Creepers do kind of hang on them but not enough to complain about. Tool chests dont seem to have a problem and they stay put.

Quality jack stands will not harm the tiles, cheap steel tube ones sure could but anything with a base will not.

Only thing that has damaged my tiles was weld splatter.

What tiles do you have?
How long have you had them?
What colors do you have and what do you do to keep them clean please?

Mikeyr - Ditto what ZIN said - please tell us more about your tiles. Also, do you have any problems with tires leaving black marks on the tiles?
Thanks.

Racedeck tiles, coming up on 5 years now.

I put all white under the lift for light reflection back under the lift and that really has been the only place that has been a problem to keep clean. I throw some laquer thinner and mop it up, then some Mr. Clean floor cleaner to finish it up, at first I did that about 2 to 3 months, now its about once a year.

The tires have never left a mark on the tiles, while you can see most of my cars don't run, the Dino is my near daily driver with Z-rated tired, I was told, no idea if this is true or not that the higher rated tires like the Z-rated tires are the ones most likely to stain tiles but RaceDeck claims it can't happen with their tiles and it has not yet.

Boring Black&White checkboard with a Red border, it was way cool 5 years ago but now everyone has it.

You can scroll down this link http://singer.rambour.com/stuff/ and see the tiles in some of the pics, I should organize that better someday basically that page is a bunch of pics I have been asked for by friends at one time or another. You can see the all white tiles under the lift and the B&W pattern under the second lift (Scissor lift). What you can't in these pics is a small section of tiles that I have taken out where I try to do all my welding, I was burning holes in the tiles so I took out a small section where I can weld on concrete. When I can't move the item to be welded to that section, I purchased a welding blanket to lay over the tiles.
