It's official. Permit came yesterday, so I can comfortably start locking down dates and materials.
Need a space to fit vehicles, boat, and the wheeler over winter, and give me enough space to tinker and build.
Build will be 30x40x12'8 sitting on a slab on grade. Subbing out the slab, everything else will be DIY and with the help of a carpenter friend who's willing to do his day job on the weekends for the low price of beer and food.
Got the concrete guy coming out soon to take a look and finalize the quote and lock a date down.
One carport already down in the photo, next is to move the shed, tear down the other carport, and clear the land in behind.
Also just finished the 3 day extravaganza of burning the 1/2 cord of ****** rotten wood thats been stacked behind the shed since we moved in.
