Oooo. Haweka is nice stuff. What you show above is probably what I'm looking for on the rear collet. I wonder if anyone makes a spacer to allow using 40mm collets/cones on a 36mm shaft.

with all the import machines with the smaller shaft out there you'd think there would be something out there.
Like I said in another reply I've never had a wheel that didn't work with the cones mine came with. If you don't have the balancer yet wait and see what you can do with what it comes with or the common accessories. If there's one specific wheel you are using all the time that's a pain to setup on the machine it makes sense to get whatever is needed to mount that well. I have had the odd rim, usually a wirewheel or something custom with a thick center that you have to play around with a bit to mount right. If it was rim I use a lot of I'd have looked for other adapters for it but I don't even remember when the last time I had to balance the ones that gave me the most grief.

Haweka (and others) make sleeves. They even do them for my 28mm balancer.
