That's a pretty subtle mod that most people would never even notice.

Oooo.....
That is an intriguing question.
Just the one that's at the top right in the image above? The one immediately aft of the antenna?
Or all the way around?
Either way would be possible, but it would require some extensive "imagineering" (as Uncle Harold would have said) to fit the rubber spongy weatherstripping - you'd probably have to fabricate everything yourself.

Hmmmm.... could you take a photo and plug it into some "AI" bot and tell it to "round off the corners" and see what it looks like maybe?
Gotta be a way to do a mock-up with a computer - CAD drawing or something - so you had a visual. I don't have the skills to do that, but somebody does.

Obviously, with the rear window change, you're way past the point of "bone stock", so... why not?
It would sure as hell put the "custom" in "Custom Cab".

You said "front" corners.
I didn't know if you'd meant all of them... but if you're talking about just the one behind the antenna, I'd say go for it.

I rounded the corners on mine. Theres so much round on the cab I think it looks better.
It is a subtle change that usually only a person that knows these trucks will pick up.

It appears to me that Mr. Long is perfectly capable.

I don't think it would really present any greater challenge than the 1949 Ford I saw at a car show that sported a 6-inch-high front windshield. Owner's name was Phil Rearden. He installed power poles for a living. Had arms like tree trunks.
