What Small Tool Box to Carry in the Truck?

I'm guessing a crossbed toolbox is out of the question? I love mine and hate it at the same time in that I can keep a pretty complete set of tools and misc items in there but it does take up a large amount of space. If you want to go real cheap you could buy a couple of ammo boxes from the local...

    Information on old Carrier?

I'd have to pull it down for a model number, since the air compressor is sitting directly below it. I have no idea how much use it's seen, but it hasn't been used at all in the last 12 years for sure. I'm a little worried about it since there was just a shop fire at a farm I worked for 2 years...

    Master Force Hands Tools??

+1 for masterfoce boxes. Although not all of their tools are made in the USA. Last time I was in there I was looking at the pliers and they were made in China so I opted for the channel-locks hanging next to them.

    Information on old Carrier?

I have a heater in my shop that I've never seen run before that I would love to use on these cold days to get a little heat so I can feel my hands out there. All I know is that this heater was put in the shop by my grandpa a very long time ago and converted to propane, my dad is no longer...

Sorry, but the only boxes montezuma produces are the wedge boxes. All the rest are from overseas.

Would/do you trust a HF torque wrench?

I should have known this would happen when I made this thread. I can understand where the snap-on guys are coming from. If I found out that there was a tool for $13 that did the same thing as my $300 one I would be very skeptical and or pissed off. That ought to get the SO guys all riled up:D.

    Building/Fab ideas

Might not hurt to check with your state regarding licensing a home built trailer. Also, I personally would want to build something big enough to fit a car on, but depending on your funds/experience/need for a car trailer you might be just fine with a smaller one.

Would/do you trust a HF torque wrench?

As much as the anti-HF mob wants them to be junk it sounds like the consensus is that they are perfectly fine. The scary part is I've heard more bad stuff about the holy grail that is snap-on than HF in this thread.

Would/do you trust a HF torque wrench?

The packaging that came with it said +-4% accuracy, I have no idea what other brands claim though.

Would/do you trust a HF torque wrench?

The funny thing is that in physics class today we discussed the EXACT thing you described. I guess I should have paid more attention... It's a clicker unit, 20-150ft/lbs
