    Reflection in TV

 I was thinking this as well. Even though some of you apparently can not, many of us have the ability to multi-task, or maybe for watching an instructional video about a shop related project. I suppose I shouldn't have a radio in the garage either - just a distraction.

    Old Wooden Levels

Found one of these at a 2nd hand shop a couple months ago for $20. Crick 5-piece 48". It was well used, but still in great shape. Works good and looks great after a good cleaning and a few coats of linseed oil. New ones sell for about $120.

    Tape Storage

I have a dedicated "Tape and Adhesives" toolbox. I use this one: It is a decent size toolbox, but it is already full. I keep rolls of tape on the bottom, and hot glue gun, velcro, tubes of glue, and anything else that glues or sticks in the top tray. I do keep a few rolls of the most...

Working on Small Engines - What do I Need?

Thanks everyone, especially cattleranch for the detailed list. I'll start picking up a few tools. A supply of stuff to work on shouldn't be a problem. There is a shelf full of trimmers and blowers at my job that I am sure the boss wont mind me playing with.

Working on Small Engines - What do I Need?

We just recently moved from a single car garage to a 2 car garage house, and I have a little more room to tinker, but still not that much (park 1 vehicle inside). I work in the lawn and landscape industry, and usually get laid off for 2-3 months each winter. I try to spend some time ice...

    Best calendar?

I just go with whatever freebies I can pick up. So far for 2013 I have one from the Case International, Fleet Farm, and the local Fire Department. If the Bikini Ice Fishing team wasn't $20 though, I probably would have bought that one. I really like ice fishing.

tool box repainting and undercoating question

I have a Craftsman toolbox that was rusting on the inside. I used a rattle can of bed liner spray that I got at Lowes on it, and it has held up quite well.
