    material for patch

    I filled my saw cuts before etching. That way the acid did not get down into the cuts. The self leveling polyurethane did swell up a bit when etched with acid though. I had to go back and sand it flat.

    Got the first coat of clear on this morning. Very happy with Justins spreading of the flakes. He has it down. Just a pinch and trow it up in the air.

    There will be a 4 post lift for car maintenance and storage. More for the maintenance aspect since I don't enjoy rolling around on the floor like I used to. As far as decorations it is all about muscle cars, and auto racing.

    It's been a busy 2 weeks prepping and laying down some epoxy. Can't wait to get the clear on and then do the other half of the shop. Almost ready to move in!!!!!

    Any Electric Heater Suggestions for 24x24?

    I heated my last garage with a 10.000 watt hanging furnace that I got from MSC. (Search for then online) It worked great and impressed anyone that saw it in action. This had no problem warming up my 730Sqft garage and keeping it warm.

    Urethane and tire haze??

    It is called tiger striping and is caused by the chemicals in the tires. It shouldn't happen if they used a Hi perfprmance urethane. Known as HPU.

    What are getting done around the garage(or house) this weekend?

    Painted the interior walls of the bathroom in the new shop. Getting ready for the plumbers to to finish and hopefully get the heat going. It's been cold here!!!
