If I was building from scratch I'd have a stainless steel dog wash sink. I like the idea of near the man door on the left back wall. I wouldn't put it completely in the corner though for shoulder room..
For my retrofit of cat6 at home, I got panduit keystones and faceplates, they come in all variations, I have some 2 jack in bedrooms, and a 4 jack in my office.
they’re readily available on eBay.
If you want to put ina ceiling fan or anything like that it’s a good time to do it. I got my entire attic sealed including the pot lights before getting my blown in insulation done.
I‘m a big Rousseau fan. Their local to me distributor (Pedlex.com) has a promotions section. There’s a yellow fully loaded one on there right now.
Personally, i feel like I’d prefer a flat work surface top instead of a hinged cover.
My Snap-On was checked for the first time after about 20 years of use tightening lug nuts. Snap-On guy checked it on his truck and it was still quite accurate. I lower to min torque each time and I’m always careful not to drop it Or bang it on anything.
I got 15% off paying cash when I caught the snap-on guy near my house (I don't work at a shop). I think it's because I was buying a torque wrench that wasn't selling because it was too expensive. lol...
