Thanks MrElectric03. Yeah he knew she would be in good hands. I have been slowly correcting a lot of items. I am hoping to get her back on the road in the next 8 or 9 months if all goes well. I keep running in to other issues that prevent me from working on her. The last two weekends have been...

    Flooring for show cars

The only warning form my personal experience I will provide regarding RaceDeck is the following: 1. This flooring warps in sunlight due to expansion from heat. So even if you have the recommended clearances from walls and door openings, once you start placing items on the floor that constrict...

Well not a lot of progress in the garage other than I have really run out of room. I need another garage, but that is a long way from becoming a reality. I have added a few more toys and have modified a few of the current ones. Added a 2015 Nissan Juke Nismo RS as my new daily driver. A little...

Oh and one other project that I took on that killed my cash flow and is still a work in progress. Mama suggested that I let go of my beloved 2004 Nissan Titan. I had a lot of things done to that truck to get it to where it was MINE. But with 140,000 miles on the clock she felt it was time for me...

Have not done much this year to the garage. Did add a cement pad out front finally. It makes it nice for washing cars. Unfortunately we were supposed to do the entire driveway, but I was fortunate enough to have some kid pull out in to oncoming traffic and total out my girlfriends 2014 Jeep...

Hi Metalhead, I owe you a couple of photos of the rear end. I will try to post some of the transmission and differential. As for the rear suspension I would call it semi independent. Its a 5 link set up with a DeDion tube. Which holds both wheels like a solid axle would while allowing half...

There is a lift in the garage. However it is a low rise lift. It will put the cars up about 44" in the air, provides me with enough room to get under them to drop a transmission or maintain any fluid changes or other repairs from under the cars. I have been looking at 4 post lifts, but the...

High Traffic Garage - Epoxy vs RaceDeck.. Plus RD questions..

There are several threads with a lot of race deck information in them. You will find positives and negatives in all of them. Just like any flooring you choose there are things it does well and things that it doesn't do well. Drop a tool or hammer on racedeck and no issues, drop it on porcelain...
