Well if you plan to rebuild make sure you are zoned for it. If my building is torn down I lose my zoning.

I agree my 2100 sf shop feels small at times. Whats your total lot size? Remember an office and work bench area is a must.

Ok so cleaning up my newly purchased shop I discovered this rusty tank behind my shop. Now I have no idea whats inside but its heavy so I am assuming its filled. Kinda looks to me to be a propane tank but the fittings on top have me confused. Any ideas?

Eibach prokits give an awesome ride. I installed some h&r springs and the customer seemed to like it. I would stay away from gr2's for lowering. They will do but I would suggest koni struts for any performance spring.

I use a beadform tool but last I checked they go for 500.
