He is a pain in the a** but got to love him..lol...If I am under a car on the creeper and he is right beside me or on any empty portion of the creeper. I have no idea how he gets all the grease off..lol

The second is Moomin, a bull mastiff who's just turned 14, he's very old as bull mastiff's dont usually get past 10 years old. He was a rescue when we got him at 6 months.

Moomin's still around cause he's got lots to stick around for! I believe some dogs KNOW when they've been rescued.

I've got a little ...I don't know, rat terrier, dachund mix female that we kind of backed into rescuing but now that we've got her we're devoted to her for the duration and she couldn't be more loving. She's not much to look at but who cares? She's got a huge soft heart.

Good on you for giving Moomin a long loving life! To me, that earns you points in the big book, if there is one.

Here are my boys. I found them all on craigslist, two as puppies and the older boy, Toby was a rescue when he was five.

Oscar is a three year old golden retriever and Dexter (who thinks he is a golden retriever) is a three year old pug. These two love to wrestle and run laps outside around my shop.

Toby, here guarding my boat, is an eight year old golden retriever. He loves water, going boating, and sitting outside during down pours...

I did have a garage cat for a while, his name was Rocky. He was an outdoor cat, one day I came home and he was gone :-(

Dennis has been in this thread before, about year ago. My best friend has grown up since then.
He likes to be close to me, but is not too comfortable with noise. So he's usually sleeps beneath the door in the background when I'm working. Every now and then peeks in to see what's rolling.

These are my shop-dogs, albeit in the basement until the garage gets built. This was taken when the hardwood was being done and I was sleeping down there too. Salinger on the left, a flatcoat mix, and Sprocket on the right, an afghan/lab mix. Both about 10-11 year old rescues.

It is a easily trained dog, got her at 4weeks(not my idea) and she is 7 weeks and is almost house trained.

Here are ours, we do everything we can with them.

Ruger (chocolate) 3 years old, got him as a puppy and now 96lbs. Best bud and not phased a bit by anything, the garage, bikes or tools... just whines to go inside and sleep on my pillow if I try to keep him in the garage with me.

Mauser (black lab) almost 6 months now... awesome pup and can't wait to see him grow up.
