Thinking of getting my dad a new cordless drill for father's day. In the past I've always bought contractor grade stuff. Not sure if he really needs that level or not. He does use it a few times a week. Any suggestions?

    A 3/8 impact for a weekend hack.

I'm looking for a air power driver for 3/8 drive impact. I have a cheap 3/8 air ratchet that I wouldn't miss if it was in the trash. I'm not sure what kind of air driver to replace it with. Back in the day when I turned wrenches for a living I had a butterfly that I used quite a bit. Not...

    Mid priced Wrench set

Currently, I have CM us rp sets that have served me well over the years. I'd really like to have a SAE and a Metric set that is polished. Also, maybe something a little longer than the RP's. Just a weekend wrench, so I don't need top of the line-high dollar set. Any thoughts? WDO

    Tools/tool box in unheated garage

I was thinking about adding rope lighting to the inside of my box. The thought would be that it would keep the temp slightly higher than the room temp. Simular to those heating rods for gun safes. Anyone had any luck doing something like this?l

    Multimeters

Long time lurker here, but it's my first post. I've had a cheap HF multimeter for some time that finally to a ****. So, I stopped by a local pawn shop to see if they might have something middle of the road. I really don't need a top of the line model Fluke, but I wanted something well built...
