Hammer Drill vs Regular Non-Hammer Drill

All my Milwaukee M18 drills are hammer drills. I just got 2 new brushless ones and the are very small and light weight, but work very well. I also have 3 SDS drills and 1 M18 SDS drill, and they are exceptional for drilling in concrete, but if I need a quick hole drilled and it is small I...

    Black iron gas pipe

I have run quite a few feet of gas line (black pipe) over the years. Bought most from big box stores - though my first batch was from a Ace Hardware (35 years ago). I have never had a problem with leaks. Actually can't remember the last time I had a leak. I even threaded some a few weeks ago.

Yes, you want it in a stud. If a stud is not in the location you want you can bridge between 2 studs with a piece of wood and then position the handle anywhere you want. You can also buy a grab bar at a big box store that is 16" long and attach it to 2 studs. Or 24" long and angle it between...

Lowering Humidity in House - Have AC

I turned down the speed of the fan a few weeks ago which did help. I would like to keep the humidity at around 50% and under. My AC is a 4T but should have be a 3.5 - I screwed that up 3 years ago. Don't want to spend a bunch of money switching it out. Normally only run the AC about 15 -...
