    private estate sale

    I got invited to a private estate sale today. This is still in the set up stage. Not a lot stuff I'm interested in. A real lot of woodworking stuff including a Shopsmith with tons of attachments. I bought some trinkets including a cute little Champion drill press and an oddball electric drill...

    New gizmo

    Picked this up a few weeks ago. Any Ideas? The other side has a female opening. 1/2 inch. There is nothing to hold a socket and I can't remove the male end. I did not try to force it.

    These belong to a friend. My guess is part of a shoe stretcher but I really don't know. The two pins on the movable part have wear patterns toward the handle.

    New stuff

    Here's a few pictures of some recent acquisitions. Lately there seems to be mostly common items. One of my co-workers gave me a bunch of tools from his grandfathers repair shop. What are these?

    It seems like I've been running into these lately. I just found some more in a box of Mossberg stuff. Nothing written on them. There is a small lip on the drive end. I've looked on Alloy Artifacts without success.

    odd assortment

    Picked up a bunch of stuff today. I'll send more later but I'm puzzled by this one. Most of the sockets are an assortment Mossberg. But the ratchet is marked Eames. There are several other parts that almost work with the ratchet but not quite. The box is very nice but has no markings.
