Can/should I buy this 3-phase compressor and run off VFD?

What happens after I cut my finger off?

Years ago remodeling was being done next door. The doorbell rang and there was Linda, asking if we had some ice. We did, she put the finger and the ice in a ziploc and drove the guy to the hospital where it was re-attached. I don't know how successful it was, but he didn't lose the digit.

Gonna buy my first air compressor

I personally would NOT buy an oil less compressor, new or used. They have longevity issues.
