I tried the open pouch (tote) and liked it but it had a few drawbacks. It didn't keep the weather out, plus everyone can see what's in your tool bag. I will stick with my Veto LC bag.

I have the same box with the Craftsman logo, great for small tools and drill bits. I paid about $50.00, well worth it.

I use the Veto LC bag for work. It can get a little heavy when filled up but a great bag. I use a smaller Klein bag when I need only a few tools.

That Klein set will work for most of your needs, and it's close to your $40.00 limit.

There are no pegs for this board, there are clips that are screwed on to the board. There are three different sized clips, they hold the items pretty well.

Missing the 18mm, 21mm and 23mm, is this normal?
