Sorry to say but if your a little b**** then you will let them hassle you. Honestly it benefits them just as much as it does you to buy tools. I have two snap on guys stop by and mac and matco I spend anywhere from 2-20 minutes with each guy.

My snap on dealer told me this story. He comes to a shop to collect money and the guy tells him he has no money (third week) so that same guy gives a co worker something to warranty and guess what the snap on guy tells them, no warranty...
