I received a USA Williams 3/4" socket set today. Opened it earlier and found the 1 9/16" socket to be a Snap On. It is missing the SO detent pusher pin that I have seen on them, the Williams just have a plain hole for the detent. Makes me wonder how they have their production line setup to...

I will be doing some dash work on my truck and will be nice to have some magnetic nut drivers, are there any quality brands that sell them? I've seen some cheapies out there, but would prefer quality stuff. Otherwise I may just break out the masking tape and regular drivers.

Using my standard ball peen last night at work and having it bounce back a lot has convinced me to try out a deadblow. Who makes the best one? I've seen some complain about the Trustys split up, haven't read much about the SO having any problems.

I just put together a 3/4" socket set and would like to store them on something, the Ernst Socket Bosses are the only thing I have seen so far. Has anone used them? I have some for some 1/2" stuff and they seem to work ok. My sockets go up to 2 3/8"
