Thanks for the advise! I will definately consider it. I may go to 40x48 with the overall size to cover it. Either way, I think I am waiting until next year to build. Hopefully the price will come down even more if a lot of the Katrina mess has been cleared up.

I think I will price kits for a 1500 sq ft pole barn with 12 ft ceilings to get a ball-park of what this will run. I have a slight slope that will need some work and I imagine that wont be cheap. Randy, what are the dimensions of your shop?
