Going thru my fathers tools I came across this one I cannot identify. If I had to guess I would say its some sort of plumbing tool? It was new in a bag, chrome plated with no markings anywhere on it. Has a screw sticking in the middle of the opening inside it. Any ideas?

I am looking for 3 of the Wej-it Epoxy anchors so I can move one of my posts over on my Maxjax and use 2 of the existing holes along with the 3 new ones I need to install. Maxjax and Garage equipment supply are just unreasonable on their shipping, they want to charge $25 for shipping 3 anchors...

The bleeder screws on my Maxjax leak when I try to bleed it. They use a bonded washer on a bolt to seal. If I put a new washer on then it seals fine, but if I raise the lift, then loosen the bleeder screw to let the air out, when I tighten it the rubber washer separates from the metal washer...
