Currently in school to be an ag technician so I was wondering if anybody could give me a general idea of what I'm going to need for tools.

So has anybody bought a new item from snap on and then had a used one show up? I bought a thnfd72(round head) from them and the selector is all beat up and it seems to get stuck in the middle so that it just spins.
