How about some Craftsman “Flying V”’s? Thought I once saw a 3/8” flex, but could be mistaken. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wow, that may be the first time I've seen one of those that didn't have sealed bearings. See where it looks wet coming out of that hole in your first two pics? Put some air tool oil in there. There should be a lower bearing too.

I wonder why they didn't do the streamline past 1". I've had and seen similar Williams from the same era with the same design from 1/4" up to nearly 2". I know I have a couple long pattern and H ones, gotta put them together next and see what I'm missing. Same with the knurled sockets too...

    Spreading the Bonney affliction!

Alright, took me a few years, but I think I got a set! Gonna need to get a new wrench rack for this one too. I also have this 1158A and 1159A, I believe there’s a whole other A set, but the 1158A is 6 point while the other is 12, what’s the rest of the A set? And why is the 1159A a...

Bob, how do you have the dust port hooked up on yours? I was debating plexi glass with a dust port down low in that big opening. Edit: Second picture popped up after I posted this. Odd, lol

You know lugz, slightly off topic but you may know the answer. Dodge tools, they weren’t stamped with the dodge logo like ford was, how do you identify them? Was debating making a new thread investigating them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The VINTAGE toolboxes of Garage Journal!

Just got home with this vintage Proto 4 drawer top box. I’m not even sure if it was ever really used. There’s not a scratch, dent, or speck of rust on the thing. It just boggles my mind how someone can buy a not so cheap box and let it sit for 60 years or so. Yes, even has all the...

Check the wiring you did. I had the same thing happen with a band saw motor rewired with modern wire, got hot and melted. Shot a fireball across the floor too, which scared the **** out of me.
