Any good spots for buying loose sockets?

I forgot to mention that the "off brands" that I buy can then be leveraged in trades, versus paying full price to those on the forum.

Any good spots for buying loose sockets?

Flea market, $.50 per socket, or $1 for 1/2" drive. Buy in bulk and you can get prices much lower. I'll buy 15 for $5 and generally grab all the stuff they don't know what it is. By that I mean I buy Penncraft, Wizard, Proto, Plumb and any other brand they don't recognize.

    Lawn Experts - Help!!

Don't cut fescue short. You want fescue long so that it can smother the weeds and also to help keep the ground from drying out. I don't know about CA, but on the East Coast you water 1" per week in the morning.

What kind of rock is this and can I bust it?

In the old days you would start a fire over the rock and while the rock was still hot you would cover it in ice. The dramatic change in temps will cause it to fracture into smaller rocks.

garage in a old wine factory

You have a very nice space to start with. Are you going to modify the wine storage tanks to storage rooms? I think it would be nice to save the fronts and use the space between the tanks as a place to create doorways into the old tanks. It would keep the vintage feel and keep the clutter...
