Just another little Huot tooling cabinet...

Possibly, but I am not sure yet. I also really like the Rustoleum Pro High Performance "Safety Blue". I painted my welding table with the safety blue, and it came out awesome! Maybe I will do a mix of both, shell one color and the drawer faces the other color. Anyone else like the safety...

Just another little Huot tooling cabinet...

Speaking of Vidmar cabinets, this is sitting next to my 2 Vidmar cabinets that I am currently using as my tool box! They will likely get painted at some point as well, who the hell wants a nasty brown cabinet (trick question... I of course wanted it!)?

Just another little Huot tooling cabinet...

I have had the smaller cabinets, and yeah, the drawers are pretty bad. This monster has full extension ball bearing slides that work fantastically. Well, they work great after a LOT of cleaning and oiling. I, too, am not a fan of the layout of the smaller cabinets, in fact I sold the couple...

Just another little Huot tooling cabinet...

Ok, not so little. It is a Huot 15 Drawer Super Cabinet! Bought this back in 2014 for $50 on Craigslist. It was absolutely beat to hell, and back. Wish I could find pictures of it when I bought it, it was that bad. I am pretty sure the previous owner\shop employees operated the drawers with...

I found tool heaven... or at least something close to it.

Bought my fantastic new set of Wright Combination wrenches there a couple weeks ago. The staff is great to talk to and they know where everything is. Can't beat supporting a local company too. I don't stop in too often though, as said previously you can go broke quick... As for Clark's...

My grande, new to me parts washer!

The agitation on this model is a sprayer bar the width of the cabinet about 10" from the bottom. Essentially a pipe with holes drills in it that causes jets of solvent. This helps clean parts faster and when aimed at opening in parts, can clean the inside of the parts that much better.

My grande, new to me parts washer!

Really there isn't much of a price difference, so to me it was a no-brainer to go with the higher flash point mineral spirits. My garage isn't climate controlled yet and I cut and grind metal from time to time so I need to keep it as safe as reasonably possible. Well, my first project is...

My grande, new to me parts washer!

Picked this up a few days ago, it is a Graymills 900-A that holds between 50 and 117 gallons of solvent. This thing is an absolute monster! It will easily hold a V8 engine block or just about anything else I come up with. It was a little grimy, well a lot grimy but some Simple Green and much...

Milwaukee Gen 1 vs Gen 2 Fuel

From CPO tools, you can get the Gen II (2897-22) for 399.99. At this time you have the option of receiving one of three freebie options. A 2 pack of 5Ah batteries, a bare tool grinder, or a bare tool sawzall. Yesterday I ordered the kit and extra batteries (for a total or 4 5.0Ah batteries)...

    Prescription safety glasses

I have Wiley X "Blink" frames with prescription lenses. They are wrap around frames and I even got Transition lenses so they are great outside as well. A worthwhile investment for sure.
