Hey, does anybody know how to get the selector switch off of the ratchet. I cant post a pic right now, but it is the newer style selector. not the older style that sticks out of the side.

I found this valve adjusting tool yesterday, i know its old maybe from the 30's. Its missing the other parts, except for a 9/16 socket. Im not sure if the socket is Snap-on, id like to know. If anyone knows anything more about this tool, let me know. Oh yeah i gave the guy 10 bucks for it.

I won an Armstrong 3/4 drive ratchet yesterday for $26. But the guy wants to charge me $86 to get it to me. Can anyone tell me if that seems a bit steep, or is that average for a tool of that size?

This proto socket is a 1/2'' 3/8 drive,but it is stamped as a 1/4'' socket. Am i missing something here or is this just a screw up.The smaller socket is an actual 1/4" socket,in 1/4 drive. The socket is stamped 5208-w
