It is always good to look at seller feedback before purchase (not just for tool purchases but any purchase). Other purchasers that got annoyed with condition will typically complain.

I am a CNC tech, and I use Wiha SL series insulated screwdrivers 90% of the time. The coating doesn't add to the blades diameter and still is 1000v rated. General use set is a 20yr old set of Snap On.

What brand plc are you using?

I have seen vfd 115v in 3ph out that wouuld handle 3.5hp. Some state they can do 5hp but I believe that is an ILS rating (if lightening strikes).

I have always run Bosch. Check Craigslist for deals. I got mmine for $$75 with 8 brand new packs of bosch blades.
