I use the tool foam in my race trailer, keeps them from getting unfindable. And you can tell if somethings missing. At home, their just laid out in their own drawer.

In our clean rooms we use standard Snap on fare. Chrome plated and all. Just another point of reference. I can't imagine where these would apply.

I have been very happy with the aluminum jack that I bought there. I also have a parts cleaner from there that has worked well for many years.

We had the 56" box the last time I was there. The price was $899 for top and bottom. I would have bought it if it was there when I bought my 42". Love the box.

I use the cheapest one they sell at Sears to measure tire temps and it has worked fine. If there's one feature I wish it had it would be a laser pointer. But since I really only use it for that one purpose I have learned to get around that. For measuring floor temps it should work great.

I use Cutco Supershears. I've had the same set for 20 years and they'll still cut through a penny.

The one downside of the SS is that it's not magnetic. So those of us that stick our shop lights or other magnetic stuff to the boxes are SOL.

I have the Costco version and think they are head and shoulders above the Craftsman BB units (not Pro units). Smoother drawers, non-annoying latches, drawer liners included.

I bought one for my race hauler last year and that was the last I've seen them in online. I bought it for the exact reason you stated, that grip latch isn't my style. Nice chest, very sturdy.
