    Latex Paint problems

    I've never had this problem with glidden but dealt with something similar with valspar (the most evil paint made) from lowes. Since it was on closeout id imagine they knew the batch had issues. Id take it back and buy behr.

    Evap-o-rust on chrome tools

    I've used evaporust on chrome sockets before. It didn't harm the chrome that was in good condition and left an "unfinished or flat" metal finish where the chrome was rusted. The black swivel joint I could see turning a flat black color. You should be good. Evaporust is slow working and is not...

    I'd recommend making it BIG, BRIGHT and WARM. I've found that I'd rather be a jack of all trades, master of none. That means my shop is always changing for the skill I'm trying to learn and its always a mess.

    Question on Vinyl Shutters

    I've cut vinyl siding with a circular saw. Used a plywood blade installed backwards in the saw. Idk if trimming shutters would require a different method.

    How much paint for garage?

    I just painted the exterior of a 28x24 with a sprayer. I used all 5 gallons. For just the ceiling area I would say 3 gallons would be a safe bet.

    Electric paint spray gun

    How did it spray for you? The reviews are 50/50 so I just bought the large airless sprayer instead of gambling on that one. I see coupons for 12.99 for it so maybe just junk it if you cant figure it out. At that price it's a consumable.

    HF Hand Truck....Hard vs inflatable tires

    I don't know your location but Home Depot has Milwaukee brand hand trucks. They are made in the USA if that matters. I have an inflatable tire model because I use it in the grass often and find it easier.
