yep all connections are good, oh btw this light has worked for about 6 months, just 1 day up and decided to stop. 10-4 on the VOM, i wasn't sure if that'd work. Yes on the 96" lamps, all the others work like a champ. I'll see if i can swap out the other ballast. Thanks!
