Moorekh I am in the process of putting up my 30x40x12 with 5 -30"x36" windows,1-36" walk door, 1-18'x10' overhead insulated door, wainscoting, 12" eave, plumbing for toilet,sink,and floor drain, and concrete. It's going to run about $23000 all done. So hopefully that gives you a good starting...
