    There is also a product called KILZ that works real well. It is a primer that you would use first to hide or to put on a base coat. It is very thick but it works great.

    I would clean it, seal it and then paint it. Then install something like this http://graphics.samsclub.com/images/products/0073660810087_L4.jpg if I were going to do my garage at the house. There are several options but this may be the most inexpensive.

    setting up a 220V outlet in the garage...

    It all depends on what your service is. It is easy to install 220V, but it will start with your panel and a breaker. Also get the specifications of the comperssor you are going to use. Probably a 30 to 50 amp breaker would suffice.

    For professional use there is nothing like a Snap-On Tool. No other wrench will feel as comfortable in your hand I dont care what name you put on it.

    Plumbing Air Lines (Q's)

    In my shop I used galvanized pipe. That is all I have ever used. I plumbed the complete shop where I am now and did it all with pipe. If you are going to use galvanized make sure that you put unions in, it will help when servicing the lines.
