    Thanks for the info keep it coming.Shipping will not be a factor at least, I can get both models within a 1/2 hour drive.The IR is about $150 more not a big deal if it is that mutch better.

    It is a little loud not bad could talk over it,The only thing I couldn't really tell if it was a knock or just the sound of a 60 year old compressor it pumped up fairly quickly,started right up.

    went and looked at,pretty nice for its age. Was not shure on #'s so I wrote down alot,here goes on the compressor head it had a tag and was 9094-27428 and on the bottom of tag was q108.on the tank under motor tag was q165,82 gallon.ON the tank it self was Nat l bd 18365 U69 54928...

    I have a chance to get a Curtiss Air compressor that he says is 20 years old 2 stage 220v and a Horiz. 60 or 80gal.Tank. I am not familiar with these and am looking for any advise.I will be able to hear it run when I go look at it.He wants $350 for it just not to shure...

    I just got a cornwell model ctbmm100br for a good price,but the lock latch is stripped and wont latch the lid.I have e-mailed Cornwell and tried to get one but they won't respond is there anyone that knows where I could get a similar lock that will work,Thanks.
