Can anyone ID the maker of this Wrench?

This one has me stumped... it appears to be a specialty wrench for alignments or possibly wheel/tire service? The box end is marked 3/4" and it has "15271BR" stamped on it, but no manufacturer. It looks very OTC to me, but nothing comes up searching that number or image.

Delco Light Connecting Rod Cylinder Head Screw Wrench 90559

Spent some time searching around for information on this wrench I found last month and didn't come up with anything. One side is marked "Conn. Rod Nut - 90559" and the other "Cylinder Head Screw". Obviously for engine service of some time, but I couldn't find any references as to what or who...

Two big ugly wrenches - Original Purpose? (Pipe Tongs)

Picked these two wrenches up at auction a few weeks ago. I cleaned them up a bit and put a quick coat of paint to prevent further rust, but didn't find any markings on them. They are both about 24" in length, one with teeth (early pipe wrench?) and the other with smooth jaws and a "hook" like...

    Miller Industries MAC Tools Wrench

I came across this MAC Tools 9/16" combination wrench and saw "Miller Industries" marked on the back. It appears to have been made that way as the model number was moved down to accommodate for the name and the font is a perfect match. The box end is slightly offset (could be from damage?)...
