I tried bar soap on the belt nothing. Also tried more tension on belt nothing. Grabbed the housing couldn’t do anything that affected the noise. The more I cycled it the worse the knock/rattle got so I called Menards they want me to pay for shipping. I talked to the assistant store manager...

Ya not the answer I wanted but might be the right one. Might try some soap and if that fixes it I know it’s the belt/alignment. If not probably will wrestle that biatch into the truck back to Menards and deal with their out of date customer service options. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Only makes noise at pressure. 100 and above. If I took the belt off only the electric motor would spin. I’m more worried about the pump having an issue. Seems like a tension/alignment issue. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
