My recommendation is to take your time. As Justin said, rushing leads to careless mistakes will cost more time and money. That being said, if it is done right, I doubt you can finish it in one weekend. Good luck either way.

I can't answer number 1 as I have freeflow. The floor is very easy clean. I usually take a hose to mine every other week to wash out the dirt and grime. As far as oil, my tiles are very resistant to it. I take a towel and wipe up a spill then hose it down. The tiles are as good as new. I don't...

I agree with this, however I don't think you would have to worry about color variations. My order was pretty large and the color consistency is spot on!

I've had my racedeck installed for almost a year now and I have not had any problems. I had some slippage only because I had nothing on the tiles. I put some rubber matting underneath and it has been perfect! I have freeflow

There has been a lot of debate on the forums about the issues you mentioned. I know that the tiles will not melt or deform if you drop something hot on them. The biggest "potential" problem that I can see with the tiles are dropping small items in the grid. That could definitely be a PITA to try...
