    Ingersoll Rand impact sockets

    I'm looking for a new set of 1/2 drive metric deep impacts. Any information on Ingersoll Rand impacts? I like the finish of the sockets, and they have a very high customer rating on Amazon. I doubt they are American made, but I haven't seen many impacts that are.

    pool motor

    My 1.0 hp pool motor will not start. When it is turned on it just hums, but does not turn over and will then trip the breaker. Can a bad capacitor cause this, and if so how can I check the capacitor to see if it is the problem? Thanks!
