    Tankless Water Heater Reviews

Mine is made by a sister company of Rheem called Paloma. (http://www.palomastore.com/paloma-ph-28r-7.4-gpm-tankless-water-heater.html) I have had it for 3 years. I had an error code one time about a year after I bought it and rheem mailed me the piece and paid for a contractor to replace it. I...

    Atlas OH-10X Lift Arm Adjusting

The lift is only a couple months out, bought her new. I bought some stuff off the Internet and the seller is taking their sweet time sending it to me so god knows when that lift will be empty so I can look more into it.

    Atlas OH-10X Lift Arm Adjusting

Truck weights 8200. So if we are 5k front and 3200 rear would make sense and wouldn't be overloading the lift. But this happens even if I have the vette on there that ways like 2800 lbs.

    Atlas OH-10X Lift Arm Adjusting

If my Drive Thru is 103" (8' 7") then that would mean 4.55" drop side to side but my floor only drops 0.53" over that 103". I would have the lift free until mid week at the best, and will take some more measurements then.

    Atlas OH-10X Lift Arm Adjusting

The lift is on the stops when I took measurements, which should mean that there should be the same 0.0625" drop per foot as the floor. I haven't taken a measurement unloaded and won't be able to until mid next week (waiting on parts for the truck that is on the lift). What are you calling the...

    Atlas OH-10X Lift Arm Adjusting

I'm stumped. I have had my Atlas Lift installed and using it for months now and it has been like this. When facing the lift, the right side is considerably lower than the left. Its all arm deflection. On the below pictures, I have the lift heavily loaded, that is a 2003 Dodge Ram CCLB Diesel...

Also, as my bi-level garage kinda of hides it, but I am 5'7", can walk clear under the cars and arms and actual have to lower them down sometimes to reach things or my arms get tired.

Drilling Holes For 2 Post Lift and Its Hollow, Mudjacking or replacement?

One month later and couldn't be happier. Today I put the heaviest vehicle on there yet, a 2002 Ford F-150 Supercrew 4x4 and it didn't even bat an eye. Here are some finished pictures. I even up supporting my I-Beam vertically and with a gusset. For what it cost to put in the two posts ($60 for...

Drilling Holes For 2 Post Lift and Its Hollow, Mudjacking or replacement?

Concrete Poured. $560 after tip for 4 yards of 6000 psi with fiber mesh, hauling charge, winter charge, wait time, and tip. I also poured a 3'6" x 12' retaining wall for an egress window. Word of advice, tell the driver you plan on tipping him and will make your pour 10 times easier.

I am 26 years old, if I date it, I will date it for the 1970s so when the inspector comes knocking on my door, I can tell him its been there for longer than I have been alive!

Drilling Holes For 2 Post Lift and Its Hollow, Mudjacking or replacement?

I work from home and have small dealership. So this is all I have been doing since monday. Rented the saw on monday ($80). Cut up and removed the 4'x4' section. I dug down until I hit solid clay soil, even thought Atlas say 10" and Mohawk say 12". One hole is 14" deep, the other is 17". The new...

Drilling Holes For 2 Post Lift and Its Hollow, Mudjacking or replacement?

No footing on the slab. There is a 20" retaining wall on 2 sides and a 30" wall on the 3rd. sides. But the slab is not rebared to that. It just floats.

Drilling Holes For 2 Post Lift and Its Hollow, Mudjacking or replacement?

Problem is the cost of getting in two trucks. My lift will be properly supported which is key. The floor that hasn't moved in 40 years will now be supported in the center where it never was before.
