    My 10yr old son will have his slotcar set and train set upstairs. Also a Checkpoint Porsche pinball machine, tanning bed, tv, etc...The barn will fill up fast with a 2 post lift, cabinets, and more cars.

    Two 100,000btu heaters downstairs, 3 ton a/c and 80,000 btu furnace upstairs. Lights are 6 lamp 4 ft T-5's. Can lights upstairs have LED inserts.

    Concrete was $3 per sq ft. 5000 psi, 5 1/2 inches thick with fiber mesh. 8 inches thick by overhead door. 4 1/2 inches thick with wire mesh outside. Total invested north of 110k. Thanks for all the compliments!
